Periodic Table of Beer Styles: Certified Cicerone Level II

I am a visual learner thus while studying for the Cicerone Level II, I created this Periodic Table of Beer Styles. I created a unique "letter combo" that signifies each beer. Below I have the full name of the style and all the stats that are required for the Cicerone Test, ABV(alcohol level), IBU(perceived bitterness), SRM(color), OG(Original Gravity), Final Gravity. Style are separated by Yeast Strains & Alternative Bacteria. Ale Yeast is Saccharomyces Cerevisiae and the Lager is Saccharomyces Pastorianus.  Alternative Bacteria includes both Wild Yeast and Mixed fermentation beers. The principle organisms are Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, and Brettanomyces. Additionally, it also includes style that can be fermented with both Ale and Lager strains. Colors are coordinated with countries and style groups within the country. The poster is an exploration of the versatility of Big John & Slim Joe fonts
